Privacy Policy
The current privacy policy is intended to provide to customers and users a summary and global information on the processing of personal data operated by A7 Interactive.
A7 Interactive gives a high importance to privacy and confidentiality of personal data, and thus undertakes to process data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 related to computers, files and freedoms (hereinafter the "Data Protection Act"), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individual's personal data processing and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "RGPD").
Terminology and definitions
Personal data: is considered as personal data any information identifying or making identifiable an individual, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements which are personal.
Personal data processing: is considered as personal data processing any operation or set of operations involving such data, independently of the process used, and in particular the collection, recording, organization, preservation, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, communication by transmission, broadcast or any other form of provisioning, reconciliation or interconnection, locking, erasure or destruction.
Processing Manager: The Processing Manager designates any person who determines the purposes and means of the processes.
Subcontractor: is considered as subcontractor any person who processes personal data on behalf of a data controller. It is a separate legal entity from the Data Controller and is subject to an obligation of security and confidentiality regarding personal data to ensure its protection. The subcontractor must be able to provide sufficient guarantees as to the implementation of technical and organizational measures to justify the protection of personal data.

How do we collect, use and store your data?
A7 Interactive collects data of its own customers in order to put at their disposal the services for which they have contracted.
Finality
The collection of personal data by A7 Interactiveis necessary for the execution of the contracts concluded with the customer. Some data may also be processed based on the customers' consent. The purposes for which A7 Interactive processes the data are as follows:
- the commercial and accounting management of the contract;
- marketing activities management;
- the detection of malicious behavior (fraud, phishing, spam, etc.);
- more generally, any purpose referred to in Article 2 of Deliberation No. 2012-209 of June 21, 2012 creating simplified standards for automated processing of personal data relating to the management of users and prospects.
Data recipients
The collection of personal data is intended for commercial and accounting departments of A7 Interactive. A7 Interactive does not assign or rent personal data to third parties for any marketing purposes without the express consent of A7 Interactive's customers. Apart from these assumptions, the disclosure of personal data to third parties may only occur in the following cases:
- upon authorization from them;
- at the request of legal authorities, on judicial requisition, or in the context of a legal dispute.
Data retention period
To fulfill its legal obligations or to have the necessary elements to assert its rights, A7 Interactive will be able to archive the data under the conditions provided by the regulations. Thus, the personal data collected by A7 Interactive related to the identity and contact details of its customers are archived for a maximum of two years after the termination of the contractual relationship.
Cookies
Some information, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer may be stored on your computer by means of "cookies", in order to improve the conditions of browsing and access to the information published by A7 Interactive as well as the services provided by A7 Interactive by allowing A7 Interactive to keep some information of the site in mind. A cookie is not an executable program and is not likely to cause any damage to your machine. The Data collected via the cookie is used exclusively by A7 Interactive website. To preserve your data, you can always set your browser to disclose cookies (the methods to disclose cookies are available on the CNIL website "cnil.fr").
Google, as a third-party provider, uses cookies to provide advertisements on our site. Google's uses the DART cookie allowing them to provide advertisements to our users based on previous visits from our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of using the DART cookie by visiting Google Ad and then viewing the Content Network Privacy Policy.
With third party providers such as Google, we use internal cookies (such as Google Analytics) and third-party cookies (such as DoubleClick) or other third-party identifiers to compile data about user interactions with ad impressions or other advertising features that is related to our site. How do we protect your data?
A7 Interactive has taken all necessary precautions to guarantee the security of personal data and, in particular, to prevent from being distorted or damaged or accessed by unauthorized third. These measures include:
- Physical security (limited access and monitoring, cctv, key bay) and electrical (redundant and corrugated power supply)
- Fire detection and protection, redundant and supervised air conditioning
- 24/7 supervision and daily backup policy
- Anti-virus, firewall and transfer filtering
- Encrypted data transmission

What rights do you have on your personal data?
In accordance with regulations, customers and users benefit the right to rectify, complete, update or erase data that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out of date or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited.
The customer also has the right to request limitations on his data processing and to oppose for legitimate reason the processing of his personal data. He may also issue instructions on the fate of his personal data in the event of his death. Where applicable, the user may request the portability of his data, or, where the legal basis of the processing is consent, withdraw consent at any time.

A user can unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the unsubscribe links in each of these emails. He can, in the case of a dispute, proceed in a complaint with the CNIL, the details of which can be found on the Internet website http://www.cnil.fr. A user can access to all his detailed personal information, in particular concerning data processing, data retention periods, data recipients and, where applicable, transfer of data to a non-EU country and applicable guarantees. Third parties disclosure
You agree, subject to the exercise of your right of opposition under the conditions defined below, that your data and possible updates are communicated to the following recipients: technical direction, marketing, sales and human resources, in order to respond to your requests. A7 Interactive will not transfer your data to other recipients than those listed above and will not sell your data. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Data processing in the European Economic Area (EEA)
Since May 25, 2018, Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 24, 1995 is replaced by Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to which A7 Interactive's processing complies.
Notifications in case of data breach
In case of data breach, and in order to comply with the law, we will notify you by e-mail as well as our supervisory authority within 72 hours. We also accept the principle of individual recourse, which states that individuals have the right to take legal action against collectors and data-processing providers who do not comply with the law. This principle not only states that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have the right to take legal action to court and / or government agencies to review and / or prosecute data providers for non-compliance.
Modification of the privacy policy
A7 Interactive reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy in order to comply with any changes to applicable laws and regulations. The modifications made will be notified by email, as far as possible, at least thirty days before their entry into force.
